        Claim got denied without any explanation and takes forever to process. No one pick up phone call nor reply from email by timely manner. Not recommend to use this insurance company.

        Haven't had any issues and if I have a question it's easy to call and reach an actual person to quickly to get an answer. Only loose 1 star because they are slow to process, as others have said. For me it takes around 2 weeks after sending in a claim through their mobile app (which I find very convenient). The app could be better, but it gets the job done.

        Everything about their offer smells like a scam. First day of contact, company already planning to send me a check to deposit in my account..that immediately send a RED FLAG!!!!
