        The care from the doctors is second to none. They are great. HOWEVER, my glasses broke one week ago. I called in the following Monday. They are still not in yet because :they were ordered a couple of days ago" ***Update *** Just received a call from Elmira Family Eyecare explaining the situation. Very cordial and my concerns have been addressed.

        Dr. Catherine is a caring and compassionate doctor and we are willing to travel 2 hours each way to be her patients. Elmira is lucky town to have her!

        Very strange place. A nurse meets you at the door and asks you a list of medical questions, which you have to answer with everyone in the room listening. Then she takes your temperature with a thermometer that reads it out loud so all can hear. There's a sign up saying that you must wear your mask when you are alone in a room. I'd be happy for recommendations for a place that operates normally.
