        I am regular to Tims. At almost every other Tims I have experienced a wonderful service, atmosphere and loving staff, until today, I stopped by at this Tim Hortons with my family. The staff is very rude including THE MANAGER on shift. The staff asks you whole bunch of questions what why how if you ask them for sleeve, or creamers on side. Even a cup of tap water to lower down hot coffee temp. But she is like no , whats the reason, oh i need to charge you. Manager wants to charge me for hot water. Seriously charge you? I am Not asking for another cup of coffee which has grinds in bottom. Never mind, I am not going to this Tims ever again. If you are expecting good service then go somewhere else.

        Typical Tim Hortons with quick service and decent coffee and food items. Staff are attentive and pleasant. The washrooms, however, are quite dirty and sorely in need of a thorough cleaning. Best to take your food and go.
