Had my alternator die in my 2001 gti (a notoriously bad car to tow because of a low hanging easy to break oil pan) and Shawn Villanueva responded to my caa call to have my car towed, he took the most highest care in making sure my cars oil pan wouldnt be damaged and listened when I asked to be careful with the rear lower valance on my car ( a fiberglass peice that is very rare to find now) and checked multiple times to make sure that the cars valance wouldnt make contact. During driving he took as much care as possible with my car through slowing down on bad roads and for train tracks (something Ive never seen another tow driver do) once at our shop he actually backed the car still hooked on his truck into our shop so we wouldnt have to push it. Absolutely above and beyond service and wouldnt hesitate to have them tow everything from my daily to my show car. Service: Car towing
