I ordered a custom cut acrylic piece by email. Very simple process. I received amazing customer service, especially by the lady on the phone. Highly recommend this business.

I m not sure who is the female person working there, but definitely she doesn't care about potential growth of this business. I also tried to get a direct contact of an owner but she would refuse supplying any information. Place only accessible by call and entrance from the back. Tried to receive small samples if my laser cutter is compatible with it. She wouldn't give samples for free even if they we re picked from the floor. Messy place with unpleasant stuff with the owner not to be found. Also forget about getting any price list. Just to start I wanted to buy 5 different sheets of acrylic and be a potential good client. But not with this people.

Would give 6 stars if I could. All around awesome from start to finish! Found them on Facebook and wanted to get some custom ornaments made. They took their time and worked with me, made samples and revised those samples to ensure I was satisfied with them. Communication was crystal clear and I received my shipment really quickly. There was a minor colour variation between some ornaments so I mentioned it to them and they immediately answered by advising they were going to send me new ones ASAP. Super impressed with the excellent customer service and the ornaments were even better than I had hoped for. The attention to detail was immaculate! Highly recommend Plastic Depot.
