Bad experience. I arrived at this place at 11 because they told me i have to be there as early as i can so i waited until 12 for someone to do my car. I cotninued to wait there until 6:30 and they have not done anything on my car and asked me to pay them 350 for nothing this is a bad place to do ur car. I would not recommend this place to anyone and the price is over the normal price i dont want anyone to go thru what i have been thru. I heard the owner talking to someone asking about how much the muffler he said "210", when i seen the muffler's price was only $110 not even including the labour. Can u believe how much a scammer he is.

Very unreliable. Go to him only if you are in mood to get cheated. Highly unprofessional. Doesnt know what customer interaction means, very rude behaviour. Give me my money.

I will never recommend anyone to get there car fix from here , I give them my car for oil and break pads change and they put the used oil in my car and charge for the new one , poor service and rude behaviour.

Highly recommended to purchase your car parts and get there mechanics to service your vehicle. BNA staff are very customer service oriented and gives you an amazing experience when you walk into their establishment. They take the time to listen and give you truthful answer and service. Thank you guys for always finding the time to service my vehicle!
