I took my new Ford Edge in for some SW glitches and received a great service. Booking was easy and I was kept informed of the entire process via text messages. The expectations were set correctly, the advisors are professional and courteous. I also maintain my vehicle there and shall continue to do so. Great job Tanya and the team.

No wonder they got 2.8 stars. Spoke with Tanya who could not speak normally to the customer. She spoke with raised voice and an anger on her face. Went there to have my cars light ball replaced. They replaced the wrong one or did not do it because the light was not working. In addition, they left lights on in the car, for you to see as I was told when phoned them next day. I did not look at the lights because I thought I could trust them. Unfortunately, the lights were left on the way they left them on. They did not inform me about it before. Manager did not call me back. He asked an employee who did that. Did not allow me to speak. He had an attitude. Like I should be accepting the service that I paid for and it was done. The sales representative when I bought this car was great, but because of this lousy auto body shop service, I will think twice if I would want to purchase Ford again. Would not want to waste my time to run back and forth to have the job corrected and to deal with nervous people with attitude.
