The doubles are the best I've had in a VERY long time, the bake/skin is not too greasy or thick and has a wonderful texture. The filling is seasoned perfectly and the pepper is very flavorful. I also returned on the same day for dinner and had the 7 curry {spinach, mango, baigan(eggplant), aloo(potato), pumpkin, katahar(jack fruit) and channa(chick pea) with dhalpouri(roti filled with dry dhal). Everything was good but I especially enjoyed the spinach, mango, baigan and pumpkin. I dont often eat West indian/Caribbean food outside of home but I will not hesitate to visit Indar's if I need a quick fix! 2nd best thing Ive found next to home cooked.
