I spoke to Mike and his wife and booked an appointment for Jan 15th we met at my condo lobby. I offered to come in his car to take him to the parking lot and to my unit so he is not lost. Mike was confident that he will find the way. When I called him after 20 minutes he said he is lost. I again offered to pick him up from the lobby he declined saying he knows the way and will be there soon. Waited another 20 minutes. I called him and he said he is frustrated because he did not find the parking lot and the elevators and cancelled the cleaning services last moment. Wasted my time. I will not recommend him to anyone, they are not trust worthy.

The team spent 10am till 6pm to clean the new condo we moved into and was left disappointed at the level of deep cleaning. It wasnt up to our expectation of cleaning for the amount of time they spent here.
