Good Day, I trust that you are well and safe. I am writing regarding the "Physiotherapist" and the "Customer Service Specialist." The "Physiotherapists" have been very professional at their jobs, very supportive towards my well-being, very engaging, and helping me to regain my rage of motion. Cheryl has been very professional, very eager to help with my concerns and very professional when communicating with me. Also, Cherly is very knowledgeable! No parking anywhere and the website doesnt even tell you where to park. The place doesnt even pick up their phone to answer my question when I called.

The whole staff is very professional and friendly from the receptionist to the therapists to the chiropractors. I highly recommend Physiomed Sherway to anyone that needs therapy.

I booked an appointment through my insurance company a week in advance and received TWO confirmation emails with my appointment details. I took time off work, drove to the appointment, and when I arrived I was nowhere in the system. The time-slot I had scheduled was booked over by someone else. The only solution offered was to leave my number in hopes that there would be a cancellation later in the day. What an incredible waste of my time. I have contacted my insurance provider to make them aware of the issue, because according to other reviews, this is not the first time this has happened. Absolutely ridiculous!
