This review is specifically for my experience with Madeline. I had an issue with an online order and didnt receive any email confirmations so I called the store for help. Madeline was incredibly helpful and patient with me as I listed all the long product numbers for my large order (sorry again Madeline!) and I had a really great experience being helped by her. I hope this reaches her and she gets the recognition she deserves. Thanks again Madeline! Youre a queen.

Extremely rude staff. Ordered something from the website for in store pick up and called the store to ask for an extension since i wasnt going to be available during the date window they gave me. The CS rep i spoke to confirmed that she put an extension note and that they will hold the product for an extra week. Called a couple days later to confirm that they still had the product as i was planning on going down to store and the CS rep tells me that the order was returned. Told me shes sorry for the inconvenience and slammed the phone before i could even say anything. I get it, mistakes happen, but train your staff to treat your customers better before they are all replaced by self checkouts.
