So glad amazon doesn't use you guys anymore. You thieves stole my laptop and put a fake signature. Deserve everything you get. Look at the owner with the pathetic copy and paste apology. Don't be sorry, be better. But clearly you can't.

Absolutely terrible service. My package was to be delivered 5 days ago and they continue to delay the package delivery date and give me the same standardized response. My recommendation is to not use this company for deliveries.

Ordered an item from BestBuy. Delivery set for April 10. From the tracking site, it indicates the postal code of the location (which is less than 10 km from me). Did not arrive on the 10th. Next day, tracking says "delayed" and is now set for the 11th. Did not arrive on the 11th. Next day, tracking says "delayed" and is now set for the 12th. Did not arrive on the 12th. Next day, tracking says "delayed" and is now set for the 13th which is today. Spoke to their 'customer service' 3 days in a row....each was more mind numbingly frustrating. I offered to pick up the package from where it is, and was told 'no need sir, it will be delivered today'.
