    The service was amazing. I unfortunately did not have a lot of notice as to how soon my wife would be passing so I contacted their office. I was greeted by Blair who moved along very quickly so we would not be put in a situation where my wife would not be attended to when the time came. Blair was very professional and there was no pressure on his approach in fact there was a situation where I changed my mind on the type of Urn I wanted for my wife and he changed it with no hesitation. He made the whole transition very calm and I felt very comfortable saying he did all the required paperwork for me. I would like to thank all of the the staff for their friendly and helpful attention they extended to me. Thankyou Neil

    I recently needed their services quickly after police informed me my brother passed away in Etobicoke. ( I live 3 hrs away) Erin was very professional and courteous .answered all my questions and kept me updated throughout the whole process Graeme as well on occasion. Both were compassionate and patient during this difficult time in my life. Im so glad I called them first and highly recommend them

    Allison and the whole team at CremationCare were so amazing throughout this difficult process. It was my first time having to arrange a cremation and Allison was so patient with me the entire time. From start to finish I felt heard, understood, and respected. It feels weird to recommend a funeral home/cremation service but if you're looking for kindness in a difficult time I definitely recommend CremationCare.

    Unfortunately, my experience was not the best. After reading the great reviews I booked a virtual meeting to find out about pre-planning cremation arrangements for my 90-year old father. While hes currently in fairly good health, all things considered, I wanted to have everything ready because I know when the time comes I will not be in the best shape. I wanted to have everything done in advance, payment included. I met with Graeme over Zoom on July 27 who was great; we went over everything and sent me a quote. I asked a couple of questions via email on July 29 as I had to consult my sister and he answered them the same day. On August 2nd I emailed Graeme to indicate we wanted accept and proceed with the quote provided. I asked if the Government Information form needed to be sent at that time or later. He answered the same day confirming that they would add it to my dads file. I sent the form back on the same day. I followed up two days later, August 4, asking about next steps and if they needed anything else. I called on August 5 to ask about the status and the person who answered said they thought I was just interested in a pre-plan. I said I wanted to pay in full now and that I had made this clear to Graeme. Graeme replied August 5 about missing information on the Government form. Even though I was confused as to some of the information requested on the form, I sent the information on August 7 and he replied with follow up questions and who was to sign the forms/contract. On August 8, I confirmed I would be the one signing the contract/forms and asking them if there was anything else. August 7 was the last email I got from them. I followed up via phone on August 10 and the person who answered said they were busy and that people were on vacation, etc., and that somebody would get back to me. I called at 1:30 pm on August 17 and asked for Graeme, said that I was following up and was really confused as to why things were taking so long, that if they did not want my business that was fine. The lady who answered said he was with somebody, I left my phone number, and she said he would get back to me. I never got a phone call back, and it was not until I checked my emails at 10 pm at night that I see he sent the link to pay for the contract. No sorry I was not able to get back to you earlier. Nothing. If this is the treatment I get before I pay for the services, which does not make any sense because you would think they would be at their best, I dont want to think, how it would be when the event happens. I am so disappointed in the lack of professionalism and empathy shown. Maybe they did not like me or maybe the service I wanted to contract was not as expensive as they are used to, but honesty really is the best policy. A simple, we are not really interested in your business, as it does not fall within our mission or something like that would have been 10 times better, than having me wait for days. I have never had this experience before I buy a service... usually if this happens it is after payment. And so I have decided to go with another company. But I have let them know I will not be going ahead based on my experience. Because that is the professional way to handle business matters. I am really disappointed in the overall experience with The Cremation Care Centre. Pity.
