Have been doing business with them for many years, they are now treating us like rubbish and refusing to ship or reply to us. Stay away from this company they will take your money and not deliver your order and will never reply to your calls or emails. These guys were once the best and we wouldn't shop elsewhere, congratulations on ruining your business!

I'm speechless, but it's a good speechless. This company not only helped me and with in a short amount of time I had to work with, but took a huge amount of anxiety accompanied by stress and panics attacks of my shoulder. Their work ethics in point, prices very reasonable all the way around, topped with better communication then the other companies I looked at. Not only do I recommend this company, I will also inform you by hiring them, you'll be doing yourself and your pocket book a big favor. Thank you guys so much!!!!! :)

A V O I D ! They charged my card weeks ago, they haven't sent out my package, they aren't picking up their calls, returning their emails, or voicemails. TERRIBLE SERVICE! I've been dealing with DuraFast for just over a year and they were fantastic when I started, super fast shipping and reliable. Now they don't answer their phones, I place an order and it doesn't even get fulfilled, and not even my emails are being returned. Are you guys still even in business? What is going on?!

Great customer service , I They helped me guide through all the options for ink and what to expect in regards to shipping and the cost and expectancy of the product. They went above and beyond to get me my product that was out of stock. Will be returning back to more stuff for sure
