Made an appointment a month in advance, still consistently a 2 hour wait to see the doctor. Way too busy/takes way more patients/appointments than they are set up to handle in a timely fashion.

Secretary called and left a message saying that we were booked for an appointment today so we called back confirmed and went today, paid for parking which isnt cheap at hospital. We waited infront of their door for at least 40 minutes assuming they were at lunch but found out from a nearby clinic that the doctor was on vacation. I took time off work as well as another person with me for this appointment. Disgusting and completely unprofessional. Avoid at all costs they obviously dont care about their patients.

My Hermine Prendergast I went to see Dr Mcgonigal for my back, I am so impressed how the staff were, and for Dr Mcgonigal tears came to my eyes when I saw how attentive and caring he was. I went home telling family and friends how nice this doctor was. I would say this to all who want to see a specialist for your back please wait if you can for his appointment you will never regret it.

I have been under the care of Dr. McGonigal for hip, lower back pain and have seen him numerous times for this problem. His office staff very friendly and accommodating and Dr. McGonigle is very professional and knowledgable and i would recommend him to anyone who needs to have an ortho surgeon. 5 Star.
