Green Cheryl Dr

I was transferred from Dr. Cheryl Green to Dr. Oksana Opyr as my family doctor. Since the transfer, I have been unable to schedule any appointments for checkups and whenever I leave Dr. Opyr a message, my call is never returned. At this point, I don't even know if I'm healthy or not. I wish that I could still see Dr. Green. She was a fantastic doctor and I wish that she had found a better replacement to take over her clientele. I am very disappointed.

You can't even make an appointment. So I can't tell what she's like.Is she a medical doctor or a robot? The receptionist is rude. No answer when you call, and may get a returned call in 1 week..You can't call, text, or respond to email. I was referred to her by my previous doctor who retired but this doctor is unprofessional.

As someone that was looking for a family physician for years I was happy to finally receive one. Initially, the quality and accuracy of Dr.Oksana and her office was spot on; got my physical done within the first week she accepted me as her patient, easy to talk too and book appointments etc. COVID-19/pandemic happened and Im not sure what happened,overall quality of service went down; no one ever answers the phone or emails yet when they did answer the phone Maria would as for details regarding why you were booking this appointment. Last time I checked only the doctor should be asking personal details on why I made this appointment. A few months ago I went to a walk in clinic and they ran tests for me and told me my family physician would need to be sent a copy; I called and asked Maria the best way to send the results and she said email so I wrote the email and sent it off.3 weeks went by and heard nothing so I called back & when I asked why my email hasnt been responded to maria proceeded to tell me oh, no one checks the emailslike your patients could have something seriously wrong with them and your staff isnt even doing anything to help. I have many more distasteful experiences regarding this clinic but I honestly hope things change.
