Been trying to get a response from them for over a month. Not even a phone call back

We have been coming to Dr Maragrita Hoyjo's practice for years and never anything bad to say, she was awesome. Since her son took over her patients, Dr Daniel Omoto has been a complete waste of time. As we speak mainly spanish, we thought continuing with him was going to be the better solution. - we have called and no one answers - we leave voicemails, and no call back or will call us and if we miss the car for whatever reason, we would call back only to hear the voicemail again and wait for another call back. - in several cases, the pain was so bad we had to go to the hospital and get medical help there because our family doctor would not respond. we have had to get our help from walk in clinics who actually answer the patients and give us solutions - even the walk in doctor says we should be getting these info from our family doctor but how if they dont answer or respond in a timely fashion. i understand we are in a pandemic and no phsyical appointments are to be had, but its ridiculous that we call and have to wait weeks until a call back (if they call back). Not happy at all with this and will be taking our file elsewhere. I would recommend others to look for other doctors and if you need someone in spanish, to find a translator and go to a different doctor. Too much headache compounding onto the pain we already feel. Gave 2 star because of Dr hoyjo but i would give dr omoto a ZERO star.
