Dr.Zaki is an amazing doctor. He is friendly, knowledgeable, compassionate and attentive. I feel lucky to have him as my doctor.

best doctor on the planet. This is an extremely well run practice. Doctor Zaki listens to patients concerns very patiently and has a excellent knowledge and diagnostic skills as a doctor . He took such good care of my husband when he had a concussion with proper referrals etc. In this day and age its rare to find such a gem of a Doctor.

Dr. Zaki has been our doctor for many years. He is very knowledgeable, caring and really listens to your issues and determines the best treatment whether a prescription, treatment or referral to specialist. He does his best to help. He follows up with phone calls and even called to check on me and my husband during Covid. His receptionist if fine. Never been rude with us.

Long wait even if you have a appointment Receptionist not friendly Dr is good but prescribe meds fast

Very rude staff... I agree with someone else's similar comment.. I felt 0 care when I came in and felt worse after I left. I came in looking for urgent help on severe anxiety. I couldn't control my emotions and was crying, and both staffs saw that. When I told them my situation and need urgent help as a walk-in, they said nothing more than this is NOT a walk-in clinic, the doctor is not going to help you. I crashed down with tears poured our of my eyes, and left like I was kicked out. I saw good comments about the doctor, which I didn't have a chance to experience, but no one deserves this, especially when I was weak and sick. And it's interesting that the reason why the front desk lady rejected taking me in was that "This is NOT a walk-in clinic", when previous comments mentioned that it is a walk-in clinic... Whatever, I am NOT coming back.
