The doctors here have always been fast to see me and I have never had any issues. They moved a little while ago from another location nearby.

Doctors are great here but receptionists give you incorrect and false information and lie. Dont trust them with anything they tell you. I just asked for a T-Dap vaccine and she said its not a tetanus shot and your family doctor or gynaecologist are the only people who can administer it. Which is completely false as I walked into a walk in clinic 20 minutes later and received the vaccine no problem - and the vaccine is indeed for Tetanus and dipheria and pertussis. If they dont know what theyre talking about they should say one moment, go get the correct info and then relay it to the patient. Not get lazy and relay completely false and made up information. Thats dangerous and horrible service. I called back to inform them of the mistake and she took no responsibility at all, just said okay in a bored voice.
