JACK & JONES

Giving this store 5 stars, only because of David, I hope the higher management sees this review and gives that gentleman a raise! He spent about 2 hours help me look for a nice outfit, he's extremely polite, professional and helpful. He's very knowledgeable about fashion and color combos. Tbh he's the only sales associate who helps me when I go there, rest of the staff (including the managers/supervisiors are least interested.

I had a very great experience with the store associate Myrna, S. I called inquiring about a jacket in the required size. She audited her store inventory & told me after apologizing they ran out of the size I was looking for due to boxing week. She called me later & informed me she called other Jack & Jones locations & finally traced the store which had the jacket in the required sizing. I was really amazed & propelled by her superior customer service & communication. She welcomed me to come & check their location whenever possible assuing the staff here always looks after their customers as customer satisfaction being their only priority.

A shoutout to sales associates: Diego, Dharty, David & the rest of the staff for providing excellent customer service! Your reigning champions Great atmosphere, courteous, diligent, outgoing, pleasant staff. I've enjoyed my conversations with the staff. Excellent quality in apparel, jeans, tees are made with organic cotton. Hoodies, chinos, jackets, sweaters, vests, dress pants, etc. I'm a regular customer this is my favorite joint! The one stop shop for everything. I grade them: AAAAA +++++ in my book with well recognized work ethic. My appreciation for going the extra mile towards providing excellent customers service. 10/10:This is how to set the standard for raising the bar in the retail industry. I'm extremely proud to support & give them my business. I highly recommend this location!
