they are indifferent and very rude. They gave the products I ordered to other people, and I had to wait for a long time. Also, it's all messy.

Only giving a 1 star because I have to click something. Slowest service ever. There have been many other instances, but this is the worst. Ordered onlineTWO BOTTLES OF WATER. walked in and saw my order number on the screen. Waited 2 min. My screen number magically disappears. Silly me - I think my number will now be called. Its just water. The cashier proceeds to wash down the coffee station, go grab ice, then wipe down the station again. At the 7 MINUTE MARK, I walk up to the cashier to ask about my order. You mean waters like these? as she roots two waters out of the fridge. Holding my sarcasm aside, I showed her my order number. She proceeded to check all of the bags under the heat lamps, and talk to two other employees before finally giving me my water. I have never had quick service there; the drive thru is always packed, not because they are busy with volume, but busy with slow service. Being the only fast food for a long way, I am assuming they dont care because they will get the business either way. Its been like this for years.
