I have a small portfolio of investment properties and Cohen and Chasse has been my legal representation on all of them thus far. I have a few more properties to hopefully close in the near future, in which I will not be utilizing any other legal team! Alison Cohen is professional, fearless, intelligent and expeditious! All of them at Cohen and Chasse are top-notch! Chiara is phenomenal too not to mention Lawrence! Their fees are competitive and what you get in terms of their representation is priceless! I am currently dealing with an unscrupulous land developer and Cohen and Chasse have been diligently trying to resolve the issue. I have used a multitude of lawyers over my time but I wouldnt recommend anyone else other than Cohen and Chasse. Give them a shot! You wont be disappointed. Crispin
