Foodland - Toronto, Islington

Horrible experience. For starters, only went to this location because it was a holiday and nothing is open. Spoke with a manager named Luke who is not pleasant and to be honest shouldnt be in management at all. We purchased chicken tenders that were 15 dollars and smelt disgusting. I had my two year old in the bath and a new born in her bed. So the fact that my husband had to leave to bring the meat back was a huge inconvenience. The manager said he would take a look at it in a condescending tone. On top of that didnt apologize at all. Definitely will not be returning to that location. Unpleasant experience

Customer Service is mediocre. Very unprofessional and rude staff. especially the stocking lady that looks after the fridges - cheese area. She is rude! and very unprofessional. On top I believe she is a supervisor or senior person there. That's even worse!!

Love Foodland. Only complaint is the store is off a bike path yet there is nowhere to lock the bikes up to grab groceries. Add a bike rack somewhere out front so we can shop and not get our bikes stolen!
