Im supposed to get my birth control shots every 3 months and i got it in February its not May Ive been calling leaving messages no one is picking up

First of all change your time from 24 hours . I visit there in hurry at 8 pm but ur closed like why you have put 24 hours open if you are not just wasting others time please change your timing so that other can know at what time you are opened

Very poor customer service by receptionist, she also screwed up with appointment dates and suddenly I got call saying your appointment is today instead of tomorrow, I had to make arrangements to send my wife to clinic in this situation. Whenever you have appointment they dont care about your time and time slot. Dr will see you once she has seen all the patients ahead of you. So why do they over book if they cannot time manage patient. If you have choice in future please look at this reviews and suffering for a mother and then decide if you would go at this place.

The receptionist is horrible. Lost our paperwork and didnt bother to contact us. No one ever responds to voicemail or answers phone. When we finally were able to contact the receptionist, she said that we didnt send it, when in fact it was sent 2 months prior. We were waiting for them to call us for 2 months and they had nothing to say about it. At this point we dont even want to see Dr Ang because the receptionist is so bad. For a couple that is expecting their first child, this office has no sympathy, shows no empathy, and just keeps you in the dark the whole time. Better off finding another OB

I was referred to Dr. Ang by my family doctor initially when I was pregnant about 5 years ago. After meeting with her I decided to just use a midwife. No big deal. About 2 years ago I requested to see a gynaecologist and my family doctor referred her again. I spoke with the doctor at that time, so that would make it 2021.Dr.Ang was professional and kind. After the appointment, the receptionist was supposed to contact me to schedule an in person appointment. I received no call from her until around April of this year! The appointment was scheduled for today. When I got to the office, the receptionist was not there, so I spoke to a receptionist for one of the other doctors. I was then told that the doctor was working from home today so she switched her in person appointments that was scheduled for today to yesterday. How ridiculous and absurd! I was never notified of this. It's just a gross lack of respect for other people. It seems like most people are complaining about the receptionist and Ang is just not listening.. I've already found somewhere else to go thankfully.
