Twin Sister’s Mastectomy Boutique

Very good first experience on phone and looking forward to my first appointment! Sherry was very knowledgeable and had a compassionate tone, which is very helpful when you are going through a scary phase of your life!

Twin Sister's Boutique is the place to go after your mastectomy surgery. My friends's experience with Sheri, the owner was very rewarding. My friend was very very self conscious after her surgery so I took her to Twin Sister's Boutique. Sheri helped her choose the right prosthesis and she even had pretty mastectomy bras and mastectomy swimwear which she never thought she'd be able to wear again. She chose bras that were nicer than the ones I have at home. I highly recommend this boutique for everything you need after your surgery.

Not a boutique but the owner orders online for samples to try and would have u running back and forth to choose what may be suitable. I think of a boutique with racks of products to choose from and this is not the case. I had funding for my situation through a government service and she wanted to pawn off what looked like discontinued stock. She told me I was rude when I asked her if she had actual product in the boutique. Oh! She also told me over the phone that it was none of my business.! Can u imagine phoning a store and asking if they have something in stock and they tell you it is none of your business. Go to a real boutique so u can see all that is available. Unbelievable service during these stressful times. Now you are sending me emails and you are rude all you cared about was payment. Payment for something unseen. Sure you have product perhaps 10 pieces placed around you office for decoration. The breast cancer society will be my next call. Upsetting a cancer survivor. Not a good vibe from my fitting as you seemed to look down on me because I wasn't paying with cash or credit. Way to go remember you answered a simple question about stock and you responded with its none of your business. Then when I responded you called me rude. 1 star sorry 0. Please dont email or bother anymore of my precious time. Bye have a day.

Visited with my friend who was looking for products ahead of her upcoming single mastectomy. Sheri was so helpful and friendly about helping my friend find bras, camisoles, and a nightie for her needs. Sheri provides very warm and professional service with a wide variety of products available. Everything my friend wanted she was able to order in if she didn't have it. She even helped my friend contact her insurance agency to find out her coverage - really above and beyond customer service. I highly recommend this boutique. My friend is very much looking forward to going back after her recovery from the mastectomy to see what else the boutique has to offer.
