Came to this place few years back, loved it came back again and everything is worse. Obviously new owners. Breakfast in a brown bag, worse Idea ever!

Very bad experience Open Electric wire everywhere You will smell w**d every single time Old washroom tape (broken leaking water) I will recommend you,not at all .

My husband and I stayed at this hotel. The outside looks very nice a bit sketchy driving into the parking lot. The inside the foyer was nice looks bigger in the pictures. When we arrived at check in there was only one agent at the front desk that was checking in customers she was not professional at all. It took awhile before we got our room. When we arrived at our room it felt like we were in lockdown the one bedroom was very small. The shower not very clean. There was a silver fish in our shower gross!!! Our view was terrible. The bed was clean comfy horrible pillows. When we booked on line we saw there was a very nice pool and workout room. We walked the halls and the pool was empty no water in it there was big pillows just thrown in the pool area. Workout out room was not available it was very small as well. Also woke up at 9:30am to go get breakfast and there was nothing in the breakfast room. A lot of sketchy people in the lobby. We stayed in room 113 Very disappointed false advertisement!!!! We will NOT be returning to this hotel ever again!!! For the price of these rooms its way over priced!!! Not worth it at all!! Rooms: Just felt like we were in a Dungeon not very pleasant. Also we had no blow dryer in our room. And what was very disappointing we were were so excited to watch the leafs playoffs and our tv wasnt working. We had to call the front desk. He did do his best and got the tv working we missed the whole first period of the game.
