Holiday Inn Toronto International Airport, an IHG Hotel

We asked for a king size bed and they gave us 2 queens. The bathroom had absolutely zero ventilation (it's not that it wasn't working, there wasn't a switch at all), and its door won't close. Room service/cleaning staff were chatting awfully loudly in the corridor at 9 am, and as they started cleaning the room next to ours they not only continued chatting loudly but also turned on the tv (very loud as well, needless to say). Frontdesk guy at night was very impatient, and so was the restaurant's. They pushed us to choose our meal quickly more than once. Aside from the convenient location, I would not recommend.

Our go to for affordable park, stay and fly out of Pearson. Staff is very friendly, rooms are great, shuttle every half hour gets you to the airport in minutes! Rooms : 5/5 | Service : 5/5 | Location : 5/5 Hotel highlights Great value More

loved it! they were quick to pick u up! The shuttle driver was nice and possibly a future canadate for a Nascar seat, he was quick and direct, right to the hotel! Loved it!!!
