This place was very accommodating to me during my surgery. I travelled as a female alone and they made me feel safe secure and accommodated the whole time. Very nice staff. If you want a budget cautious, great location walking distance to everything you need this is your place. Will he staying here again. Also very quiet ! If I could put no stars I would but unfortunately I can't. I just checked out and that was the worst ever service I've ver encountered my whole life. I've called to make a booking for 2 nights a month before checking in. I've called 2 days before checking in everything was fine. I drove from Quebec to visit Toronto. First night was not great. The second day the girls called me to tell me I can't keep the room for another night. Either I book another tool with them or I check out. Such poor service such unprofessional girls. For their defense they tod me they don't know who I dealt with on the phone. Ah another thing. They charge an extre 200$ for safety. We checked out and the money hasn't been refunded yet. Oh they clean room we cheacked in still had a burger in the micro wave oven. Cheaters and poor service. Avoid this place by all means.
