Westlake Boutique Hotel

I loved the concept of this hotel, it was refreshing to see something different and never done before. I had no issues with my check in process as the instructions are very detailed and concise. Great experience and customer service overall. I am surprised by some of the reviews because I had an amazing stay. I would definitely recommend and will 100% be coming back.

Such an awesome concept for a hotel. This place is like a hidden gem! If ur an introvert looking for a sweet getaway, look no further!!! Terrible communication between the hotel and the customer, supposed to get two beds in one room but that never lived up to it's promise. The hotel host was stubborn to work with and had to be pushed just to find us another hotel. The room we got had an irritatingly loud air conditioner inside.

We were looking for a vacation spot within the city for the weekend and then we found Westlake Boutique Hotel. It was like a hidden gem. The concept of this hotel is beautiful. We stayed in the Noire suit and had great parking through out our trip (the hotel has some free parking spots). They were quick to respond to our emails and inquiries with more detailed information. Our stay from checkin to departure was amazing. The hotel is well decorated and our suit was beautifully designed (only wished the light bulbs were brighter). It also felt secure as we used security codes for every door. At night time, the security on sight was gracious enough to help us with a TV remote (for our suit) and explain the game section in the lobby area. It was free so we played games for a few minutes before heading back to bed. The hotel is located in an amazing part of town so it was few minutes drive to other nice spots in the city e.g exhibition place, a nice Indian restaurant we ate at called Koshaa Indian Restaurant and nice parks (although we were unable to rely explore because of the rainy days). We would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to escape to a nice location in the city or for visitors coming into town. -Ella
