Comfort Inn & Conference Centre Toronto Airport

This should be NO STAR at all. Worst customer service! Stayed there for 1 week. Everyone who works at the front desk are Very unprofessional. The first room given to us was at the old side of the hotel. It was dusty, smells bad, toilet wasnt clean and have hair, at the hall theres pieces of garbage. Its not worth it to what we are going to pay, we are staying for 5 days.We just decided to check out right away but the other receptionist offer us to check other room in newly renovated side of the building. It was okay and bigger room but theres no curtain just blinds, it was too bright every morning, towel have strand of hair, still smells off. It only comes with 3 pillows, we asked for extra the receptionist said we need to wit for the housekeeping the next day. Theres garbage and dirty linens at the hall way. The bed frame is bigger than the bed so we always hit it and tripped. Bath curtain stinks and have stain not sure if its a blood stain. I also wonder why do we have Best Western phone in the room, well we actually have 2 corded phone both are old and dusty. Comforter have stains as well and the bed sheet keeps coming off. For breakfast, it only comes with waffle, bread, yougurt, cereals, and apple/banana. No shuttle. NOT WORTH IT!

Staff are wonderful but rooms need improvement. Broken toilet seat and TV was not working during our stay. Mostly wheelchair accessible but the breakfast area is not. There are multiple stairs to get up to that area and no elevator to it. Rooms : 2/5 | Service : 5/5 | Location : 3/5 More
