        I unfortunately didnt have the best stay. - The room service menu in the room was a qr code that led to a broken link. - The water pressure was crazy intense (it would bounce out of the sink to spray you) - Airport shuttle driver left about 10 minutes late after dawdling around getting a coffee at Starbucks -

        Took a picture of the bed bug on my pillow and showed staff as well as emailed management. Was told I wouldnt be charged for this and ended up getting charged. The manager, whos name is Catherine has avoided all of my emails and Ive been trying to reach her for nearly 2 weeks now. Horrible experience. Plenty of other hotels in the area to choose from.
