Sheraton Toronto Airport Hotel & Conference Centre

First of all, everything was very clean. Location want good for us but I guess that depends on were you're going and what you're doing. No complimentary breakfast and you have to pay for Wi-Fi. Our key wouldn't open the valet parking, which isn't valet, we parked ourselves, so had to go back and they never explained to us that we needed our key to start the elevator. Just before 2am the fire alarm went off and all we got for the disturbance was a letter slid under the door pretty much saying, worries guys, we kicked the guy out.

Decent hotel and convenient location if youre transiting through YYZ airport. Nothing fancy but the prices are fair for what is offered here. Its close to the airport which can lead to some aircraft noise but the evenings were surprisingly quiet. The restaurant for dinner was OK but overpriced given the portions. Service was great though. Id recommend the breakfast buffet - it had plenty of options and the quality was much better than the dinner. Again, great service at breakfast. The pool facility is very dated and could use a refresh. No hot tub unfortunately. The gym was great - lots of equipment to choose from and most of it looked brand new. Overall, a decent stay.

The rooms are hot and the AC doesn't work currently sitting awake with a tiny window open smelling the smoke from people outside! Duvet cover on one bed had tiny blood stains on it which is disgusting and the room and washroom is very dated!! No fan in washroom!! Also, you pay to stay here and they charge you $28.00 for parking a day!! what a joke!! Hallways are loud so if you're looking to rest DO NOT COME HERE!! You will not sleep due to the heat and noise!! Overpriced restaurant as well and not worth it, go to one of the places down the road! The admin who reads these reviews just posts the same responses so why even bother?? People keep leaving the same reviews and yet nothing seems to change!! I would have been better off sleeping in my car for free in a parking lot somewhere!! I do not know why this place has any 5 star reviews!!
