- editors note its been 4 weeks now and still this copmany has not made any effort to reimburse the money they took from me for 2 sessions. pocketed the money. Very sad gesture. DO NOT GO HERE! Nafis is by far a horrible business owner. Like another review written i have attempted numerous times to recoup my money and my friend tyler has tried but he simply does not call back and he steals your money. What an incompetent business owner. Coward. This facility is mis leading and management are cowards, as I was under the impression there was batting cages as per the website. I had called in advance and was assured that softball pitching machines were available. I booked time for 2 consecutive weekends for 6 friends and I. We commuted from Oakville and Burlington. Upon arrival there is no actual pitching machine and nothing to do with softball. Simply a bucket of softballs. This is not what we were told BASICALLY FALSE ADVERTISING. After a discussion with a staff member he called his boss and a refund will be completed as of Monday morning the 17th of april. No refund has been processed and no calls from them. COWARDLY. After 3 calls on my part no answer. It just goes to show that this company advertises a product it can not fulfill, takes your money and cowardly refuses to refund. I advise to avoid this facility and. The better business bureau will be notified. A simple refund as discussed was all it took to avert this. Very disappointed in the owner and staff of this complex. This company does not deserve a star but in order to post you need to LIST 1 star if possible. Shame on this company.

The turf pitches are in horrible shape and bounce is very unpredictable. Some lanes have cutouts whereby if the ball hits the edge it either slides or shoot up sharply. The area is good but if the owners can replace all turf in all lanes will make the nets better. Also one lane has the steel columns inside whereby the ball ricochets of them like crazy. Anyway overall could give a better rating if the improvements are done.
