Very disappointed in Marbleworks. We set up a contract with them in February for our kitchen countertops without a set install date but had vaguely said "first two weeks of April". We paid a large deposit and then didn't hear from them at all. I contacted them mid April to set an install date and let them know our project was behind by a couple of weeks. At that time they told us we apparently missed our installation date and wouldn't be scheduled until July (and it actually ended up being August). It was frustrating because I hadn't even realized we had a set date and they hadn't reached out to confirm nor let us know we were missing our date. Very unprofessional, and we had to live without a finished kitchen for 3 months longer than planned. It's unethical to take a deposit and hold our material without the bandwidth to do the work in the timeframe committed. We tried to book another installer once we heard about the delay, but Marbleworks refused to help move the slab so we were stuck with them. They did get half our countertop installed in late May, but project wasn't finished until August. In addition, their installation quality is poor - seams visible and messy. Would not recommend.

Hands down my go-to for all stonework. They've helped me with two kitchen renovations, and in both cases their response times and lead times were by far the quickest. Not to mention, selection of materials and quality of the craftsmanship are fantastic.
