I was extremely fortunate to stumble upon Sultacon for my basement renovation project. They truly exceeded my expectations and handled everything like pros. The finished basement they delivered is nothing short of amazing, and I owe it all to their top-notch workmanship. I was impressed with their knowledge and expertise in the field, and they were always willing to offer valuable input to help me make informed design decisions. They were also upfront and transparent about the costs involved, which helped me stay within my budget. Throughout the project, their team exhibited a high level of professionalism. They were always on time and kept me informed of the progress they were making each day. They also made sure to maintain a clean and tidy workspace, which was a huge relief. Our experiences with contractors, like everyone else, have been from unpleasant to satisfactory at best. So it was a pleasant surprise for us when we contracted Senan. Not only was he very responsive throughout the project, but he was on time and within budget. We had two bathrooms to repair and remodel. Right from the initial consultation, Senan was very upfront with the costs, suggestions on changes to be made, and the pros and cons of material and associated costs. He never pushed for additional work; all his suggestions came from his practical experience. Throughout the project, Senan was always available to discuss our questions. He was on site almost daily for supervision and to update us on the progress. In fact, any delay was because we could not source our material or fittings in time as per his schedule. We also ran into some unexpected leakages issues, but Senan quickly diagnosed these and provided us with suggestions. Any additional costs were discussed upfront, and there were no surprises at all. It is rare to find someone who takes so much pride in his work and delivers with such high quality. We would recommend him for any project. He never overcommits. We were looking to remodel our home in Mississauga in late 2021 and were on the hunt for the right general contractor which led us to meeting Senan from Sultacon. From the first day we knew he and his team were the right people for the job! Senan and his team operate with a high degree of integrity, professionalism and honesty and the thing I appreciated the most was his open lines of communication. We used Sultacon to remodel our entire 3000 sqft home. From the flooring, to all three bathrooms, the kitchen and even the paint to name a few. Senan always took the time to explain every step of the way in detail and ensured we were onboard with everything before proceeding. All timelines were adhered to, and the work was done with impeccable quality. I could not be happier!
