I've been going to s&r knives for just over a year and a half now, not to say once sometimes twice a month and everytime I am there I get the best customer service I have ever gotten anywhere. They have the best selection obtainable at a brick and mortar store in Toronto and they have even been able to order items in for me in a very timely manner. I highly recommend s&r knives

I love coming into this store, the staff is extra friendly and they let you check out all of the products without giving you an attitude you'd probably get elsewhere. On top of that, my most recent purchase had a manufactor defect. This week I went into the store to see if I could do an exchange and I was in an out of the store within 2 minutes. The gentleman looked at my item and said no problem, grabbed my replacement, and I went on my way!
