Osmow's Shawarma

The quality at this location is not upto the Osmow's brand. I was in the area and bought from this location. Purchased chicken on the rocks. Chicken was hard, rice was hard. Employee put some red flakes on top and said it was for garnish. Everything tasted horrible. I ended up throwing it in the garage and bought something else from a near by restaurant.

Tried for the very first time. Completely disappointed. Ordered 2 chicken sharma wraps. Pita that they put them in were hard and cracked and the entire shawarma completely fell apart and was a disgusting mess. Tried eating what I could gave up quarter the way through.

The manager at this location has awesome customer service skills. Food was great. I would visit this place again It was great service and delicious food

Place order by Uber the food was not fresh and quantity was also less chicken was not good in taste

The worst falafel wrap that I have eaten, quality of pita bread was so poor that it took them 3 tries to just properly close the wrap. In between they kept transferring all the stuffing from one pita bread to another and was a big mess. A big disappointment
