I have been shopping off an on here ever since I moved to the area 25 yrs ago, great selection, and always seem to be ahead of the curve on the latest fashions. Totally different experience than with the big box retailers and I think it speaks volumes that they have been around for over 50 ys!

My husband has many times in the past shopped at the store, and has raved about his experiences. So, for his birthday this year, I thought I surprise his with a compete casual fall outfit. I have never been to this store, but was excited to pick out something special. Anyway, I stopped in today and had a Starbucks drink with me. I was rudely greeted by asking to immediately place my drink on the metal counter as accidents can happen and I may accidentally spill/ or my drink may splash out onto clothes. I was really taken back, embarrassed and felt like I was being judged. No, hellowelcome to the store, how can I help you?! I placed my beverage on the counter, walked around, picked up my drink and walked out. I get maybe they have policies, I can respect that, but the delivery of that message was rude, and unnecessary. Its unfortunate. Ill never shop there and after my experience my husband wont be back.
