Came here in the morning after scheduling an appointment for an oil change and tire swap over. Service was friendly right away with the staff offering me some muffins. They noticed my brakes needed service and rather than just telling me, they took their time to show me the problem, so that I could see it with my own eyes. Unfortunately, because of this, the appointment took longer than anticipated, so they offered me some pizza as well. Comfortable waiting area, clean washrooms, and fantastic service at a very reasonable cost, I will definitely be coming back here in the future. Excellent place to bring your vehicle for a complete overall check. I have used this garage for years. If you want to take care of your vehicle this is the place to bring it. They examine the entire vehicle and make recommendations to extend the longevity of your vehicle. Problems that need to be taken care of are recommended and upcoming issues are explained. They tell what needs to be done now and what to look for in the future. All issues are well documented with pictures and descriptions. I had my front drivers side wheel drop off completely and got towed to #104 Active Green & Ross. At first I was worried about how fixable and affordable the repair would be, but the team there told me they would do their best. Despite the shop being busy and booked, they made the time to fix my vehicle sooner than I had anticipated as well as the bill not breaking the bank. I had an awesome experience and would recommend them to someone else in a heartbeat. I am completely satisfied and consider myself a #104 customer from here on.
