My physiotherapist Jessica Fieldhouse is instructive and pleasant! I originally started physio for knee issues and then unexpectedly had a back injury. Jessica was very accommodating, attentive and flexible to work on all my issues. I also appreciated her flexible schedule offering most hours of the day including weekends. With no hesitation, I recommend Jessica.

Highly highly recommend going to Jason at Trilogy for any physio needs. As an athlete, weightlifter and boxer, I have had numerous major/ minor injuries in my neck, shoulders, elbows and back. However, every time I have come to see Jason, he has not only been able to diagnose the issues in our first session but provided pain relief and exercises to strengthen them. I recommend Trilogy to all my friends and family. 11/10

I booked an appointment a few months out to see Jennifer Hunter and it was well worth the wait. She is a fantastic practitioner that is well-versed in her area of specialty: Pelvic Health. Within our first session, she was able to reduce a lot of the tension I felt as a result of my tight pelvic floor muscles. Not only that, Jennifer is very kind, bubbly, professional and has a wealth of knowledge in various health-related topics. I'm so grateful to have found her (she came highly recommended from various other online platforms I use) and am looking forward to my health journey with her!
