PinPoint Health Etobicoke (Previously: TOPS – The Orthopaedic Physiotherapy Specialist)

I have been going to PinPoint health for the last 3 years to deal with some lingering hip and back pain. Working with Kulwinder (physiotherapist) and Dr Ben (chiropractor) in tandem, my chronic pain has been reduced to just requiring visits every few weeks for overall maintenance. Together they have put together a plan for clinic visits as well as at home exercises and stretches. The clinic is clean and efficiently run by the front desk staff who always smile when you come in. Appointments are very easy to book online and you receive your appointment reminders via text and email a few days prior. Keep up the good work team.

I have seen various physiotherapists to get over my condition. The impression I got was, its just a business that includes a 10 minute hot pack, 15 minute electrical pad, 5 minute chat and a 2 minute manipulation/massage. That's all. Its only matter of time the condition gets fixed/healed by itself. That's my impression. Its over 12 sessions since I started physiotherapy with Pinpoint Health. Now I feel I could give an unbiased review on the treatment I received. I would like to appreciate physiotherapist JASS for an unstinted dedication on her work, observation and need based physiotherapy remedies she modified and applied on me. I thought she is young and fresh graduate with no experience, may not be able to do much on my condition. But she proved me wrong. In fact I worship such professionals. I can blindly recommend anyone to JASS with a belief that she would fix the problem and help you recover from your condition. I wish her a bright future ahead.
