Its difficult to find people who are truly want to help people. Kimberley is honestly one of the most helpful professionals I have met! She cares and that is hard to find. Kim's wealth of knowledge is extensive when it comes to do with interest rates/mortgages/ credit scores. During our renewal refinance process, she was communicative, quick to respond and didn't push! It was seamless. Being a busy professional myself, I don't have time to waste. She get's the job done & I trust her. You would be lucky to have her in your corner to work with!

Kim was recommended by a friend and I couldn't be happier. She was incredible with explaining all the mortgage details, got me a great rate, and was also very transparent during the whole process. Would go back to her for sure

When purchasing our home, we'd planned on just going through our bank, but were glad that we worked with Kim instead. She patiently answered all our questions, and helped us find the best mortgage by walking us through the array of mortgage products out there (we had no idea). She was also very responsive and proactive about giving us progress updates.
