        got a fresh set of bio gel done 3 weeks ago, went yesterday for a refill and when i got to the front to pay, she charged me an extra $5 to put glue on a nail that had cracked.. when i called to complain, the girl said she had to spend more time doing my nails so i had to pay extra for it. such a money grab. ive been going here for years and have NEVER been charged extra like that. instead of fixing the problem, she told me to go somewhere else. horrible service. UPDATE: not even a week after getting a shellac pedi, my nails have already peeled and chipped and the staff refuse to do anything about it. save your money and go somewhere else, this place is not worth a penny.
