Quick appointments & he always makes sure all your questions are answered.
I've actually only rated it down because there's one secretary:
- I drove an Hour to my appointment in the worst snow storm of 2022 & Dr. Bercovici wasn't even there for it but that same secretary didn't call me all morning to say my afternoon appointment was canceled! I was Beyond frustrated & she didn't even apologize.. just said he couldn't come in today & she went back to talking with her kids in the office!
- She's very hard to hear, understand & always seems to be booking the wrong appointments.

Unfortunately I REALLY Dread calling the Sherway office because *Every Time* the secretary is Always Rude & quickly becomes impatient but most times I find it hard to hear her & understand her what she's saying.
