I had the same experience as many. Booked an appointment and paid for the audit. A day before booked appointment I received an email saying do to occupational shortcomings they would have to reschedule never heard back from them. I contacted my bank and got the charge on credit card reversed. It's fraud

they hired me and fired me the same month. got a better paying job across the street and FYI YES THEY ARE CLOSED THERES A FOR SALE SIGN ON THE FRONT company ran by children nuff said

It has been almost 3 months since my pre-retrofit evaluation report was completed (Sep 7, 2022). Starting over a month ago I began leaving voice-mails to inquire as to why the federal government program had not received the results required for the Greener Homes program (interest-free loan and grants). Greensaver has never responded to my voice-mails nor submitted my evaluation results to the federal program. I managed to reach the independent contractor who did the evaluation - he told me Greensaver is filing for bankrupty (I found the bankruptcy filing on line). He also said they are the only ones who can submit the energy audit reports to the government, therefore unless he can get a hold of them (no guarantee - he is also owed unpaid wages and expenses and has so far not been able to reach them) I think I could no longer be eligible for my expected $2500 in federal refunds - let alone that I am already on on hook for around $500 in unexpected interest because I could not apply for the Feds interest free loans (b/c Greensaver never sent my evaluation report). Add to that the $452 paid for the now possibly useless pre-retrofit evaluation and I could be out almost $3500. If they get back in business, I recommend you look elsewhere. Jan 2023 update: the federal government program advised me to select another service provider and to proceed with the retrofit. They contacted the original contractor to obtain/confirm the pre-retrofit results. I am still out the interest on my loan but I can now look forward to getting the Greener Homes grant.
