Poor communication(double charging my credit card), and in class learning should happen. Given the explanation on the "how to" and "breakdowns" properly understanding terms and condition was uncomfortable and case studies given with online modules did not match exam. Overall, experience was hard. COVID or not they should have a better structure to help individuals with learning disorders and then buildt it in away to help others. Their open book exam the PDF file was delayed in finding materials. They should ship a book without paying. I had to pay an extra 90 for a physical book. Online learning is good, but the structure given isn't helpful no matter how many times a person spends listening or going over the modules. Also, educational standards of passing mark is a C and per their business requirements they want everyone to have 70 which is a B. It's unfair to make sure individual increase their anxiety and stress levels on top of their personal duties. These courses are for work environment and everything is given and companies have steps in place, so individuals can successfully complete their task. In addition, they should send the PDF files and recorded session to students that way they can recap everything correctly. Having a 1 hour learning session is not enough to absorb the information. In other words, they should reassess their structure to help individuals and not build a course as structure on "building a freight forwarding company from scratch." Based on everything I am learning it was very clear that it's all about documentation process. Not about the practical experience. Which I have over 10years in this industry. No one in my community told me about all these things until I took this course that is regulated. I hope my review makes CIFFA really thinks about their next moves going forward.
