Dr. Mark Nicolucci and Associates

You would think that for $440 consultation appointment, you would at least receive a smile. I cannot speak towards Dr. Nicolucci, as it was only an initial appointment, and he and his lovely assistant Jessica seemed nice. But the staff at the front desk was surprisingly condescending for no particular reason. In booking my next appointment, I was informed that it requires a significant deposit. I mentioned to the front desk staff, that it is the information helpful to know prior to the appointment. I received a brushed response citing some policies established by the doctor. Which is fine, I was ready to leave and book and appointment over the phone and bring the deposit at a more convenient time. However, front desk staff decided to escalate the situation, like me is the one being unreasonable, and call in the doctor to talk to me, which I specifically said there is no need for as I am in a rush to get to work. Never have I raised my voice during that conversation or behaved in any way that may be deemed unrespectful. Yet she still called him in. So here is one client and three staff members starting me down. To say that I felt ambushed and out of place, is an understatement. I have never been so horrified and shocked leaving a medical practice in my life. During my visit I've hear at least on three occasions that they see a significant cancellation in appointments. I suspect that it is not so much tied to a doctor himself, but the front line service provided. Needless to say, I will not be coming back.

Since 2009, my wife and I have been patients of Dr. Arlin, and now Dr. Mark Nicolucci. We can honestly say this is the BEST practice. The staff are grade A when it comes to looking after patients, especially Gill, so efficient. Dr. Mark Nicolucci, is an amazing person professionally, and he has such a positive personality. He is very knowledgeable with regards to implants surgery. He has performed two for me, and they are great! We have no hesitation in recommending this practice. This review is unsolicited. We are both very grateful to both Dr. Mark NIcolucci and all the staff.

This doctor is lying. I signed up for an implant, provided an x-ray and got a (verbal) cost of $2200. Waited over a month. On the appointed day, I was asked at the reception if I knew the cost - I answered yes, $ 2200. then the nurse asked if I knew the cost - answered yes, $ 2200. then the doctor came (when I was already in the chair) and said it would cost $3500! I consider this attitude to be an ordinary cheap scam! Be careful! He may be a good doctor, but definitely not a decent person/businessman. Don't take his word for it!

My implant was installed over 2 decades ago, and I have been a patient ever since. It is a pleasure to visit such a well run dental office. From the front office, to the hygienists, and of course the excellent dentists/surgeons, they are all professional, courteous, and provide exceptional care to their patients. A special thanks to Dr. Arlin for accepting my difficult case.
