I highly recommend Smitiuch Law. Mike, Megan and the rest of the staff are exceptional. They were always available to answer my questions and took the time to explain each step in the process. I was most impressed that they ensured I was not just taken care of financially, but emotionally as well, after the loss of a family member. I hope not to need their services again, but if I do, they will be the first people I call.

I have dealt with Smitiuch Injury Law for close to 20 years. Right from the beginning Mr. Michael Smitiuch was there, not only as a qualified lawyer, who knew his stuff, but he did everything possible with himself and staff to make sure I was as comfortable and consoled. I was cut off my LTD with NO warning, severely depressed and dealing with Epilepsy and my ex leaving. Talk about stress. They actually made me feel that my emotions were valid and warranted and did not attach any stigmatism to me whatsoever. Back then this was almost unheard of in the professional world. Today I am still on LTD and they have made sure that everything my insurance company asks for they get. Gosh just typing this out brings stress to me. The insurance sure knows how to stress me out. Needlessly and Mr. Keith Smitiuch, whom I primarily deal with now acts more like a therapist sometimes. Which I need. Trust me. This is a professional hard working firm that has experience you will value.
