        Winzen built our house only seven years ago. We are redoing things now because all our bathrooms have leaked. And we are finding illegal things like this. Fire hazards and just jaw dropping crazy things.

        Poorly built homes in our area. They never corrected deficiencies but made away with everyone's money. Promised to leave an area green space and is now submitting application to squish 40+ homes with no property in between subdivision (town has denied them so far). No respect for area. The builder for them in this area is Alvin.
