        This management company doesn't even deserve one star. Echoing past complaints, this company has absolutely zero communication skills. Our property and surrounding area is in terrible condition, we've had issues with our home for years, not an exaggeration but actual years, and no one has come to fix anything. Every month we are paying for literally nothing. I have no idea who to complain to since no one answers their phone or returns e-mails.

        Does not pick up phones! Called Friday Nov 10- dozen of times no pick up. Called Tuesday Nov 14 - dozen of times no pick up. No reception pick-up, no operator pick-up. No pick-up from any of the extensions. I was directed to call them to get my parking permits, but no responses. So now when I park my car I am getting tickets. I cannot get "owner consent" to park at my own building because people here does not pick up or return voice mails.
